We bought a Left and Right for a Family Member who has had Surgery on his Right foot/Achilles when he was a Teenager and now in his 30s he gets a few more health problems in both feet and Achilles due to left side support Right side. Since wearing them day or night depending on what he been up too. He is finding them very helpful in Pain Management and helps with the Plantar and Achilles area alot. All 3 straps help with full support and comfortable too.
