A very comfortable back cushion. Have had back problems for a long while, especially when working and I have been using the cushion in my office chair and car and it helped me get rid of my complaints quickly.

The orthopaedic back support pillow is decent, but it didn't have a remarkable impact on my back pain. I was expecting a more substantial improvement, but it does offer some comfort during extended periods of sitting. The memory foam is comfortable, but perhaps my back issues require a more specialized solution.
